What kind of warranty do I get for my LED lights?

All LED lights manufactured by AA-Elektroniikka Oy come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults and is valid from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, any defects will be repaired or the faulty product will be replaced with a new one—at no extra cost to the customer.

Do you accept product returns?

Yes, AA-Elektroniikka accepts product returns. Items purchased from our online store come with a 14-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.

Please note that custom-made LED products are non-returnable unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

What is the estimated delivery time for an order?

Our standard delivery time for LED products is 3–10 business days globally when shipping from stock. For larger bulk or project-based orders, delivery times may vary. We’ll always confirm the estimated delivery schedule when you place your order.
